Defusing Conflict Through Conversation

This training program is designed to enhance participants ability to recognize, prevent, and respond to potentially volatile situations in the workplace.

With a focus on both mental and physical preparedness, the program aims to increase situational awareness, develop effective non-escalation and de-escalation strategies, and build confidence in responding to individuals in crisis.

Participants will also train in physical skills to become less vulnerable to harm and in verbal communication techniques to reduce the likelihood of provoking aggression.

The ultimate goal is to foster a safer, more proactive workplace environment through measurable improvements in awareness, response readiness, and interpersonal effectiveness.
